Members of St. Thomas are active in a variety of social justice and advocacy efforts. Our parish is a center of Jubilee Ministry, and there are many opportunities to address the suffering of the world and advocate for justice.

Feed My People

St. Thomas parishioners collects food d0nations and volunteer at local food banks. We also maintain a small food pantry for neighbors in need and students of the English Learning Center who are taking ESL classes at the church. We also gather regularly to make lunches for various local shelters. Food donations may be dropped off by our office door throughout the week.


Episcopalians for Justice and Mercy

St. Thomas joins in acts of justice and mercy with other Episcopal Churches across the diocese to make a greater impact. EJM hold monthly vigils at the Ice Detention Center in Aurora on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.. Email justice@stbdenver.org to join EJM’s newletter.


Colorado Haiti Project

St. Thomas is actively involved with the Colorado Haiti Project, providing financial, vocational and spiritual support to rural Haitian community of Petit Trou de Nippes and St. Paul’s School and Church.


Colorado Faith Communities

United to End Gun Violence

Members of St. Thomas are working to raise awareness of gun violence as a significant public health issue through membership in the Colorado Faith Communities United to End Gun Violence.
